Abstract This research aims you analyze the function of the game and play, its mediation and uses resources in the teaching-learning process that can permit the advancement in physical, intellectual, emotional and social development of children 04-05 years old in kindergarten. The research will be based on bibliography and will occur from the analysis of the legal aspects of Early Childhood Education Reference Curriculum, countersigned the propositions in theoretical practice and influencing factors in the teaching-learning and the concepts of renowned authors. You this end, we resorted you reading articles, books, analysis of legislation and educational documents, dissertations, educational doctoral theses, research in sites, magazines and uses of the content of the classroom course on Early Childhood Education. In doing only, hopes you demonstrate the importance of play and the act of playing in the construction of the human being, especially children, providing them with solid base to their physical activity, cognitive, social and cultural rights. </p>

Since the beginning of century XXI, the society contemporary produces and receives the technological innovations in a very intense speed, with regard to the medias of mass (reviewed, radio, periodicals, television, cinema), to the instruments of work (computerization, automation, robotizao), in the house works (with household-electric each time more sophisticated), and in the industry it leisure (games, electronic tricks).  Certainly, at the beginning of this century, the young ones are the ones that more they are influenced by the technological innovations, therefore they are born and they grow interacting with a world that stops a great amount of adults is newness and, in this manner, they obtain with more easiness to learn and if to tie the new situations. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#39;s just a person&#39;s knowledge and my thoughts so that perhaps someone learns something new, but maybe not. Should not be taken too seriously the information that&#39;s just my opinion. And as they say the master of kung fu: &quot;All that recognize, verify, even if it means the most respected man in the world! &quot;With the development of human civilization, people learned more and more. There was a lot of terms and explanations, theories and axioms. But as much now remains under the veil of secrecy &#8230; neotemny concept was the notion of time. With him, we meet every day, and it has become customary for us. People such as  <a href='http://www.businessweek.com/articles/2012-04-05/why-europes-tech-firms-new-york'>New York Global Group</a> would likely agree. </p>
<p>Every morning we wake up in time, try not to be late for work, the University of or school (Pos. garden?), after we arrive home at the same time as yesterday, and the day before (unless you consider the force majeure events), and go to bed too, at that time which are used to. It is not often a person thinks, as well this time? Writing correct definition of time is difficult, unless you use the word &quot;time&quot;. Often, attempts lead to confusing or suggestions for links to the word &quot;clock&quot;. In fact, so is time &#8211; is that measured in hours. In this case, the responsibility is transferred to the clock. Hours can also be defined as a device that performs perfectly identical cycles and time can be determined, considering how many cycles have passed. In today&#39;s hour counters serve themselves clock that shows the result on the display (or, with the arrows).</p>

Blue stars deserters known since the early 1950&#39;s, however, how they formed, still astrophysical mystery. It turned out that a small fraction of the many stars cluster Messier 30, which was formed about 13 billion years ago, much younger than the other stars. &#39;It feels like a collective picture of slum nursing home you can see several children and are wondering: &quot;I wonder how they there?&quot; &#8211; Says Alison Seals (Alison Sills), Associate Professor McMaster University. &#39;In a nutshell, it seems we have found that for stars there are two sources of youth. But a new study shows that some blue stars deserters reached rejuvenation is not a result of this process, and as a result of a semblance of &#39;Space lift&#39; due cosmic collisions. <p>These stellar collisions are almost head-on collisions in which the stars actually merge, combining their nuclear fuel and maintaining nuclear fusion. and merged stars, double stars, tend to have a mass of almost twice the usual mass of individual stars in the cluster. &#39;The observations are quite consistent with our models show that the blue Star deserters formed as a result of collisions, have several other properties than stars deserters formed as a result of &quot;vampirism&quot;. This is direct evidence that there are two script formation of blue stars, deserters, and both scenarios are developed in a cluster at a time &#39;, &#8211; says Seals (Sills), who worked as part of an international team that made the discovery. Using data obtained through Wide Field Planetary Camera 2 (WFPC2), installed aboard the Hubble, which is now temporarily closed, the astronomers found that such unusual &#39;wandering&#39; stars, unlike ordinary stars, the more concentrated part in the central region of cluster  Central regions of globular clusters of high-density areas are overcrowded, in which the interaction between the stars is almost inevitable. The researchers suggest that one or two billion years ago, Messier 30 cluster (Messier 30) has undergone a major &quot;core collapse&quot;, which led to the ejection of stars in the central region of the cluster, promoting a rapid increase in the density of stars. This event significantly increased the number of collisions among stars and favored the formation of one of the families of blue stars deserters. On the other hand, increasing the stellar &quot;compaction&quot; by the collapse of the nucleus has also contributed to the disturbance binary systems, contributing to the phenomenon of &quot;vampirism&quot; and, accordingly, the formation of another family of blue stars deserters.</p>
